Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 apartment which exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff made sure everything was exceptionally clean. The restaurants were amazing and the waiters/waitresses were always friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Alesha and Luxman from Mellow Cafe, they were so welcoming and provided us with great service. I loved that everything we needed was included and that we could use the facilities of the other hotels of Novotel.

We had to book it for an emergency after we found out that our home has been flooded and out of electricity for 3 weeks in the summer. It was 7 a.m., so we couldn't receive the room before 11.30 am. We couldn't get the 2 single beds and 1 king bed because these appartment weren't ready as we were more than 14 hours travelling and extremely exhausted. The apartment is really good for big families (kids and seniors). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 tv, a dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 big bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen contains a microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, and a lot of cupboards. It's a good place. Mushrif mall is 5 min via car. There are a lot of karak caffes 2 min via karak.

Spacious space for my big family

The place is really clean, the staff are nice and approachable, they were so nice to have our room upgrade with balcony, had the place book for our wedding and everyone was there, I love the part that we are all together and see together, the only thing need to improve is to the have the things ready inside before checking us in, like toothbrush slippers and robe, we have to call and request for it to be deliver in our room, some of their appliances are not working like the kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. After calling they provide us a working kettle, over all the place is convenient, specially if you want to cook for yourself. Will recommend to friends

I got a room upgrade, and, for the second time already, I have been granted a 1 bedroom stay. Many thanks to *Rymsha*. This receptionist is very conscious, helpful and friendly. Everything is there. I just enjoyed it so much, that it really felt like home. Nothing is missing there. Everything is in very good condition, clean and sober.
