the 3BR apartment was so spacey. We enjoyed our stay, the only small issue is the soundproofing- we have small kids running around and they were enjoying the place and playing. We got a call from the reception that the floor below us can hear the footsteps so we had to control the kids the whole time 😌😅 maybe a carpet would help. We also requested a blanket and it took 2hrs to deliver but all in all, it was ok. we are happy

We found the hotel easily using the location map it provided. Check in was quick and easy. Price is reasonable enough. Our room was lovely, spacious and had all the necessary things including iron,kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, pans, plates, mugs, etc. Housekeeping was accommodating, efficient and quick to respond to our requests. Adagio shares amenities like the pool and restaurant with its neighhor hotel Novotel.

I like the simplicity. I booked a studio room, and we're 3 at that time. It's very spacious with the sofa that can sleep on it. It's like an AirBnB. They have a build-in microwave, oven, spare utensils, and plates. You can also request extra pillows, slippers, a hygiene kit, and blankets (DUVET!) And if you want to deliver, the guy will deliver it literally at your doorstep!!!! OVERALL AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE 👌👏👍

we liked the size of the apartment and the excellent customer service at our tips if we dial “0”. The staff was quite helpful as well, and the location was quite good: it was very family friendly and the pool and gym were world class. unlike what others reported it was very very easy to reach the pool from inside the building via a closed bridge. there was also a nice peaceful short walk to a nearby kid’s playground.

They had provisions for all amenities and were quick to respond to our requests for extra towels, dish soap, tea/coffee powder, etc. The rooms were clean and spacious.
